Ben works extensively in the aviation industry, specializing in commercial aircraft and helicopter leasing, finance, manufacturer, and operator areas. With an increasing trend towards sustainability in aviation, Ben supports these markets as well as government organizations, airports, and other interest groups, by analyzing and quantifying the aviation issues and opportunities coming to market.

In his early career, Ben managed the European Ascend by Cirium aircraft valuations team, covering a range of assets including commercial aircraft and engines. Alongside delivering thousands of aircraft valuation and cash flow projects, Ben was lead research manager for helicopters and managed valuation analytics and methodology development. Notable internal projects included helicopter valuations online, monthly aircraft value depreciation methodology, and historical forecast accuracy analysis.

Ben began his career with Bloomberg Global Data–EMEA as an equity research analyst in London. He studied economics at the Australian National University and is an International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading Certified Appraiser.
