Carolyn has over 15 years of experience supporting transformation in the energy sector. She consults for electric utilities on regulatory strategy and planning related to transitioning to a cleaner, more distributed grid. Her work includes drafting clear and compelling regulatory filings that support company objectives. Before joining us, Carolyn spent nine years in policy, strategy, and regulatory roles at a major United States electric and natural gas utility. She advised on a broad range of industry issues, including alternative regulation, grid modernization, and solar policy and programs.
