Ronnette Anderson
Supplier Diversity Manager
Ronnette is a supplier diversity expert with nearly 15 years of experience in value-driven outcomes in supplier diversity and inclusion.

Ronnette is responsible for strategizing with partner utilities to ensure the inclusion of diverse business entities in contracts. She works closely with program and project managers and regional team leaders to ensure we are adhering to the policies, guidelines, and requirements set forth in agreements. Ronnette currently serves as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion.


Previously, Ronnette served as program manager for the supplier diversity and tier 2 programs at a utility company. While there, she and her team grew the program into a best-in-class organization. Ronnette mentored and developed suppliers for sustainability, reported to the federal government, created a diversity architecture used throughout the company, and implemented an auditing process to ensure the inclusion of diverse suppliers in every proposal. Ronnette also worked at a regional bank as the manager of the supplier diversity Program, growing and developing suppliers in 12 states. 


Ronnette received her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Averett University.
