Antonia Gallo


Antonia Gallo has extensive experience in community development and affordable housing, both  domestically and internationally. Ms. Gallo started at ICF International in 1997 as a project manager and is currently a member of the team that provides support to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) in administering its programs designed to prevent and end homelessness. She participates in the SNAPS e-Learning work group and has helped establish the procedures for developing webinars on policy and capacity building targeted to HUD-funded Continuums of Care (CoC) and Emergency Solutions Grant recipients. Ms. Gallo had a lead role in developing protocols for how all SNAPS-Technical Assistance (TA) requests are reviewed and the mechanism for delivering the resulting TA engagements. In addition, she manages three grant rounds for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program for the Office of HIV/AIDS Housing (OHH).

Ms. Gallo has a B.A. from the University of San Francisco and an M.A. from Northwestern University.
