Lenna Reid

Vice President, Justice and Victim Services
Lenna is a justice and victim services expert with nearly 30 years of experience providing program management, training and technical assistance, and information and applied technology services to federal and state government clients.

Lenna focuses on program management in training and technical assistance centers, emphasizing financial, scope, resource, and quality management. She works on a broad range of areas such as victims of crime, anti-human trafficking initiatives, elder fraud, juvenile justice, and youth development. She also specializes in applying innovative IT solutions to training and technical assistance (TTA) delivery and specific client needs.

Lenna currently oversees our Justice Research and Victim Services portfolio, which includes the Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC), the Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Trafficking in Persons National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center, and the Department of State’s Advisory Council on Human Trafficking.

Lenna also currently serves as OVC TTAC’s Operations Manager focusing on budget management, TTA implementation, and innovative information technology solutions. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
