Managing Partner

James brings a strong understanding of both client and agency practises. His drive, enthusiasm and passion have developed ICF Next into an award-winning creative communications agency, working with the largest and most recognised brands in every major sector. James, along with his team, have gained the impressive status of trusted advisors to their C-suite customers, capable of delivering complex, integrated campaigns to diverse audiences.

James has built his career through various senior roles in brand, sales and marketing. In 1999 he joined Ventures a new business formed between M&S and HSBC and became a Consultant, working directly for the Board on strategic alliances. Between 2002 and 2006, he played an integral role in improving the brand perception of M&S. This also led to the design and execution of a new retail communications framework for over 60,000 colleagues.

In 2006 he made the move to become Joint Managing Director and then Managing Director at Logistik. During his eight years there the business gained recognition as a UK leader in Brand experiences for Corporate businesses.
