Jacob Gray

Senior Director, Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Practice Leader

Jacob brings 20 years of experience leading large-scale fraud analytics programs across federal and state healthcare systems and directing multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cloud-native solutions that combat fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans.

Jacob is a nationally recognized expert in healthcare fraud analytics and program integrity. As Senior Director and Practice Leader for Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, Jacob leads strategy and solution development for federal and state clients, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Program Integrity. He has overseen analytics and engineering teams supporting the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP), managing over 80 billion claims records from 90 payers and deploying advanced analytic solutions to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud. Jacob’s career spans leadership roles at General Dynamics and TennCare, where he directed statewide Medicaid analytics and collaborated with law enforcement on joint Medicare-Medicaid fraud investigations. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences and has presented on data-driven approaches to healthcare oversight to thousands of stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
