We’re hosting a roundtable discussion on Tuesday, July 21, from 9-11am ET in our downtown Washington, D.C. office about how to fund and finance climate initiatives. This roundtable will feature climate leaders from city and county governments, regional utilities, and bankers funding green infrastructure and clean energy projects around the DMV.

Panelists will share how they have financed energy efficiency, electrification, resilience, and decarbonization initiatives in the region. This will be followed by open discussion around the tools and financing mechanisms participants are exploring to continue their progress towards regional climate goals.

This event is private, invite-only, and will operate under Chatham House Rules to promote a candid and productive conversation.

About the ICF Climate Center Regional Roundtable series: These quarterly events bring together public sector leaders from across the DMV to share best practices and lessons learned from their climate and resilience initiatives. Our spring event this year featured climate leads from DC DOEE, Fairfax County, Montgomery County, and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG), who engaged in a climate planning roundtable with 25+ regional leaders from the public and private sector.
