R.J. is a Professional Wetland Scientist with over 14 years of ecological restoration and regulatory experience.

R.J. is an experienced restoration ecologist and regulatory specialist with over 14 years of experience. He has extensive background processing permits under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. R.J. also has experience writing, reviewing, and editing mitigation proposals and plans, including habitat mitigation and monitoring plans, long-term management plans, mitigation bank, and in-lieu fee program documents, grading and planting plans, and site protection mechanisms. 

As a Professional Wetland Scientist, R.J. also has extensive experience reviewing and conducting jurisdictional delineations and California Rapid Assessment Method tests in streams, wetlands, estuaries, etc. R.J.’s professional focus is on the design and implementation of aquatic restoration projects, including aquatic resources such as rivers, streams, and wetlands, and focusing on self-sustaining processes, functions, and services.
