Grant is an expert in marketing and communications with more than 20 years of experience.

As a seasoned marketing and communications executive, business unit president, management consultant, and entrepreneur, Grant helps Fortune 500 C-Suites transform and thrive in our volatile world. From the articulation of a vision and strategic approach to organizational, technological, and digital transformation, Grant counsels executives on how to direct the disruption of their enterprises, how to solve meaningful business problems, and how to deliver measurable impacts by driving participation for some of the world’s most admired businesses.

Grant has counseled a wide range of companies across a number of industries, including Anthem, Bank of America, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chevron, CVS Health, Disney, DowDuPont, Fannie Mae, General Electric, HPE, Johnson & Johnson, Kaiser Permanente, Lexus, Novartis, Pfizer, Toyota, and Wells Fargo.

Currently, he leads our efforts across travel, tourism, leisure and hospitality, financial services, retail, and technology, and telecom. He also leads our commercial operating units, providing services in customer strategy and loyalty, experience, and digital strategy.

Previously, Grant was our chief client officer, leading our marketing, business development, and analyst relations. He has also led our strategy and transformation advisory businesses, and was a member of the executive team that worked to architect, found, and launch ICF Next.

Grant has also served in a number of roles at PulsePoint Group, a communications management consultancy that is now a part of ICF Next, including the managing partner (president). He has also held strategic communications and marketing roles in Los Angeles, New York, and Cape Town.

Grant is a founding member of the Arthur W. Page Society’s PageUp organization, where he currently serves on its operating committee, holds an executive appointment as secretary, and has led its digital transformation, strategic planning, and conference planning efforts. He is also an alum of the group’s Future Leader’s Experience program.

Grant is a native of Thibodaux, LA.
