Cindy is a senior partner at ICF Next Government, where she supports public sector communications and marketing efforts. An experienced communications and marketing leader, she manages government marketing and communications efforts that include public affairs and government relations, strategic communications, marketing tactics, analytics, and event management. Cindy also manages a portfolio of our government communications efforts that span across public health, environment, energy, disaster management, justice, education, and transportation. She also strategizes on creative and branding; content and messaging; and delivery through paid, earned, owned, and shared media.

Cindy began her career supporting business-to-government marketing and public relationship efforts for a boutique communications firm in the Washington, D.C. area. From there, she grew and expanded her role in the organization by overseeing two lines of business and the creation of multi-pronged, multi-year national marketing campaigns to encourage the awareness and adoption of policies/issues to public and private sectors. These programs included nationwide marketing and media outreach, advertising, social media, and website development, as well as community/congressional affairs outreach programs.

While in the federal government, Cindy worked at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, supporting a series of communications plans and training offerings for the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Telework Program Office. She is a subject matter expert in telework policy and management.
