Grant is the managing partner of PulsePoint Group and is focused on helping companies capitalize on the ways social and digital continue to change the enterprise. On the organizational side, this work often includes evaluating and redesigning communications and marketing department structures, building models to assess and deploy talent and agency resources and designing multi-year training and certification programs.
On the social/digital side, it tends to include building and deploying listening command centers, designing social media risk assessments and simulations, developing and executing social media strategy and designing training programs and building custom metrics programs for performance management and planning insights.
In addition to his client work, Grant leads the firm’s overall operations.
Since joining PulsePoint Group at its inception, Grant has counseled a wide range of companies across a number of industries including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chevron, Disney, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Pfizer, Toyota, and Wells Fargo, among others.
He has also worked in strategic communications and marketing roles in Cape Town, South Africa, Boston and New York.
Grant holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communications. He is also a graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance and Business Law.
He is a native of Thibodaux, LA and resides in Los Angeles.
