Bill Grosh has 16 years of experience in commercial health that includes founding a small business, serving two Medicaid companies at a director level, and working for some of the largest U.S. private and public sector healthcare companies.
Mr. Grosh's public sector experience includes varying levels of engagement in Medicaid managed care expansion implementations, Medicaid fiscal agent contract implementations supporting eligibility determination, enrollment brokerage, early Periodic Screening Diagnosis Treatment (EPSDT), National Provider ID (NPI), Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchange (HIE), State Level Registry (SLR), Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and operational and IT quality assurance programs over a 23-state footprint.
Mr. Grosh's commercial experience includes varying levels of engagement in multiple Medicaid managed care health plan QHP certification programs and issuer implementation projects for the health insurance marketplace, including federally facilitated, state partnership, and state-based marketplaces as well as quality program implementations for a large commercial consumer-driven health product.
Mr. Grosh has a B.S. in Management Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
