Olson 1to1 Named Leader in Customer Loyalty Solutions for Large Organizations

Olson 1to1, the loyalty and CRM division of ICF's (NASDAQ:ICFI) recently renamed ICF Olson group, is a leader among Customer Loyalty Solutions For Large Organizations, according to a new report by Forrester Research, a leading independent research company.

Forrester named ICF Olson 1to1 a "leader," its top level in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Loyalty Solutions For Large Organizations, Q1 2016.

In the report, Forrester evaluated loyalty companies as part of a thorough primary research assessment that considers the current offering, strategy, and market presence of major loyalty providers. Forrester also considered the ability "to deliver loyalty programs at scale, manage numerous integrations with legacy environments, and manage large volumes of member interactions and data" as a criteria for inclusion in the report.

Despite being the youngest agency recognized in the study, ICF Olson 1to1 counts Amtrak, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Wyndham Hotels and Luxottica among its largest clients.
