ICF’s interconnection and transmission experts provide development, financing, and M&A support for project siting, interconnection, congestion, and curtailments. We work with financing and lending agencies to deliver independent and unbiased views of the future market and grid conditions and the economic viability of individual assets or platforms. Our staff provides expert witness and testimony support related to interconnection and transmission issues. ICF also performs strategic, long-term studies to assess transmission infrastructure needs in support of policy or market redesign.
