In July 2026, the federal government passed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act. Included in the law is section 504, the Reforming Disaster Recovery Act, which brings about significant changes to long-term disaster recovery policy in the United States. The Act establishes a statutory CDBG-DR framework, a Long-Term Disaster Recovery Fund, and a new HUD disaster recovery structure.

This webinar will cover all the major changes under the law. Designed for state and local agencies nationwide, our team will present insights on the ROAD Act, followed by open audience Q&A.
