Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business

CIO-SP3 Small Business provides a mechanism for graduated or acquired small businesses, like ITG (now part of ICF), to continue to participate in select task order competitions that include the “Other Than Small (OTS)” vendors. To release a solicitation that includes this group, the Ordering Contracting Officer must include the OTS category for each task order solicitation. The procuring Agency will not receive small business credit for awards made to ITG on this vehicle.
