Mark Youman
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Mark is a management and technology services expert with more than 25 years of experience covering federal, state, insurance, and health care organizations.

Mark coordinates our service offerings and partners to provide professional services and technology solutions to civilian and defense agencies. He works across our market and service areas to provide innovative solutions to customers, grow our market share, and offer growth opportunities for our staff.

Mark oversees outreach and program management for government-wide best-in-class contract vehicles, and his team coordinates focused contract vehicles in federal agencies. He also leads our participation in the Department of Commerce’s National Technical Information Service Data Innovation Partnership, bringing leading-edge data analytic solutions to federal mission challenges.

In his career, Mark has worked across boundaries, applying technical expertise to bring diverse capabilities and people together to achieve more than they could independently. He helped harness knowledge scattered across clients’ organizations and stakeholders sets, enabling them to do more and do better. For professional services firms, he works across markets, practice areas, and external partners to develop integrated solutions. Mark has built a foundation for this work by developing subject matter expertise in consulting, public sector management, and business development specialty areas.
