Scott Walsh has over 20 years of experience advising companies, governments, and nonprofits to improve strategy, operations, finance, and sustainability. Scott has guided large and small companies across industries to set ambitious goals, design and execute programs, and improve their performance.
Before joining ICF, Scott worked at the Center for Sustainable Energy where he oversaw the implementation of the California Energy Commission’s annual incentive program for electric vehicle charging stations. Scott also led a team of expert consultants developing regional plans for the deployment of electric vehicle charging stations for several counties across California. Scott’s prior experience also includes projects addressing sustainable agriculture, conservation finance, and environmental policy.
Scott holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in geology and geophysics from Yale University.
