Paurush Saxena leads technical strategy and architecture governance across ICF's Incentive Technology Group (ITG) portfolio of federal and commercial customers. He chairs ITG’s Technical Advisory Group (TAG), through which his team routinely engages with current and potential customers and advises them on technology rationalization, portfolio modernization, and strategic innovation.
Paurush has more than 16 years of hands-on technical experience across various cloud, open-source, and low-code technology platforms including ServiceNow, Appian, and Salesforce. Paurush is a technologist at heart and has won multiple global hackathons.
Prior to joining ITG in 2013, Paurush served as director of software development at Computech, where he led multiple initiatives across the federal government to modernize legacy applications. Paurush began his career in the FinTech world by building complex financial software applications at FannieMae, and then at Appian, where he provided technical leadership to multiple project teams across the federal, commercial, and international markets.
Paurush holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Computer Networks from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Shivaji University, India.
