Jessie Rouder

Lead Research Scientist, Behavioral Health
Jessie is a public health expert dedicated to helping staff think more visually.

Jessie focuses on deliverable development across the lifespan of projects for state and federal clients related to various public health topics. She aims to highlight creative and smart design principles that support engagement and recall. Jessie helps with design conceptualization, provides consultation related to best practices for reporting and dissemination, and regularly supports the production of one-pagers, infographics, reports, and presentations.

For the past five years, she has led a company-wide community of practice related to visualization. In 2020 Jessie joined our innovation function as part of the analytics team to strengthen staff capacity for effective data storytelling; she is also a Sparks facilitator. Since 2019, Jessie has served as the program co-chair for the American Evaluation Association’s Data Visualization and Reporting topic interest group.
