Jessie Rouder
Lead Research Scientist, Behavioral Health

Jessie Rouder is involved with various justice and public health related projects including an evaluation of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)-funded behavioral health treatment courts and crime victim service needs assessments. Ms. Rouder has experience with survey design, qualitative methods, and technical assistance with various populations including tribal behavioral health providers, behavioral health providers/community leaders involved with disaster recovery, and transition age youth.

Before joining ICF, Ms. Rouder was an Analyst at a non-profit organization in New York City for formerly incarcerated individuals, where she worked with both the employment and community health programs. She holds a MA in Sociology from Columbia University where she also focused primarily on job development opportunities for low-income and formerly incarcerated individuals.
