Monica is a project manager with more than 20 years of experience in web application development and IT management for federal agencies supporting public health initiatives. She leads a digital delivery practice specializing in collaborative and agile delivery approaches for contracts spanning user experience, analytics, data science, and web application development.
Monica has led a variety of interactive initiatives to support national public education and awareness campaigns about underage drinking prevention, substance abuse prevention, tobacco cessation, and diseases such as HIV/AIDS. Her experience in leading enterprise content management engagements helps clients put in place processes, strategies, and tools to manage the content lifecycle. She also helps clients leverage a blended agile and human-centered design approach to ensure that products meet user needs using rapid development approaches. Monica currently manages the data webpages contract for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality, where she is also spearheading the redesign of several Drupal systems.
