Constantin Pouy
Constantin is a Director in ICF's Global Aviation Practice and is based in Madrid. He also serves as Key Market Lead for Spain, driving the firm's growth and strengthening client relationships across multiple industries in the Spanish market.
Constantin has more than 15 years of experience advising airlines, OEMs, MROs, investors, and aviation service providers on strategy, operations, commercial transformation, and supply chain optimization across the aerospace value chain. Combining consulting experience with a strong industry background, his expertise spans aviation aftermarket strategy, component maintenance, operating model design, project delivery, and commercial optimization.
Before joining ICF, Constantin served as Aftermarket Sales Director at Safran Electrical & Power (formerly Thales Avionics Electrical Systems), where he led global commercial teams supporting airlines, MROs, and OEMs. Earlier in his career, he held roles with leading component service providers in Paris and Hamburg, developing deep expertise across component support, repair management, and supply chain operations. He began his career in supply chain within a joint venture between Air France Industries and Lufthansa Technik before moving into OEM-backed organizations within joint ventures involving Diehl, Liebherr, Thales, and Safran.
