Jennifer is a stakeholder engagement expert with nearly 20 years of experience educating and engaging audiences to open dialog and lines of communication to help solve complex problems.

Jennifer joined our team in 2009 and has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients solve some of the most complex and controversial issues through effective communications. Jennifer believes in an open and transparent process and strives to help her clients foster communication through a proven methodology to inform, educate, and engage stakeholders and communities.  


Jennifer has provided communications, stakeholder engagement, public involvement, and facilitation support on more than 30 Environmental Impact Statements and various other projects throughout the U.S. Her projects focus on stakeholder engagement, NEPA compliance, land use planning, military operations, transmission planning, wildlife conservation, renewable energy, and transportation planning. 


Jennifer possesses extensive experience in facilitation, project management, and the development of strategic communications and public involvement programs to open dialogue among contentious groups and citizens regarding complex and controversial issues. As an expert communications consultant, military officer, and trained facilitator, she has taught courses on risk communications and media relations to various clients, helping them better communicate and navigate project challenges.
