Dr. Ray Morath

Ray Morath has more than 20 years of experience managing and contributing to applied research projects for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and federal, state, and private sector clients. Dr. Morath’s experience includes managing and conducting job and front-end analyses, competency model development, performance assessment, and test development and validation (e.g., situational judgment, compute/interactive, training and experience, managerial assessment centers, work samples, job knowledge, personality, biodata, structured interviews, and cognitive ability).

Dr. Morath has additional expertise in the areas of individual differences, measurement, leadership and leader development, training development and evaluation, and retention.. His work in these areas has been presented at professional society conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. He has performed work for the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Army Research Institute, U.S. Air Force (USAF), U.S. Center for Army Leadership (CAL), U.S. Joint Staff, Alabama Department of Transportation, U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Procter & Gamble, Exxon, American Cyanamid, and the Virginia Center for Innovative Technology.
