Lee Lisecki

Lee Lisecki has 26 years of experience in preparing and managing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental documents, including environmental assessments (EAs) and environmental impact reports (EIRs) for development projects, specific and master plans, highway projects, and transit projects for state and local agencies. His experience has enabled him to successfully manage large projects that entail a number of complex interrelated elements. Clients have included the Los Angeles Community College District, for which he recently managed preparation of the Program EIRs for the Pierce, Harbor, and Valley College Facilities Master Plans. Other clients have included the State of California Department of General Services—Real Estate Services Division; the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority; California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and the cities of Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Fontana, Carson, Santa Monica, Oxnard, Camarillo, Anaheim, and Pasadena, California.

Mr. Lisecki has a Master's degree in Transportation Planning from Cornell University Graduate School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brown University.
