Amit helps utility companies solve complex problems and revolutionize the use of customer data, with more than 15 years of experience driving energy efficiency policy and utility demand-side management programs.

Amit is a results-driven energy professional with more than 15 years of experience driving energy efficiency policy and utility demand-side management programs in North America, Asia, and Africa. He works with our North American utility clients to address market challenges, such as faster adoption of new and emerging technologies, creating value by developing less expensive and more effective incentive strategies, and targeted program designs. Amit collaborates with several utilities in the United States and Canada. He manages our The Incentive Project, which aims to design innovative incentive strategies with an emphasis on low-income and hard-to-reach customers.

Amit also oversees our international energy efficiency work in Asia and Africa and has formed valuable alliances with stakeholders in these regions. He worked extensively on the USAID-funded Integrated Resources and Resilience Planning (IRRP) program in Ghana and Tanzania and led the energy efficiency component of the IRRP.

Before coming to the U.S., Amit was part of our India team and served government clients and electric utilities in South Asia.
