Azadeh Izadi (Azzie) leads delivery for ICF's Incentive Technology Group (ITG) division. She oversees delivery teams and manages programs in support of federal clients in the modernization and digital transformation of IT systems. Azzie is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (SCM) who brings over 18 years of management experience leading open source and COTS/SaaS/PaaS projects, including ServiceNow, Appian, Drupal, LifeRay, and Alfresco, among other platforms. As a program and project manager, she has been responsible for monitoring all aspects of program delivery, from cost, schedule, and performance, to SLAs, client feedback, and quality. In this capacity, she has also served as the client point of contact, where she has been recognized repeatedly by both customers and peers for her exceptional communication skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Prior to ICF, Azzie was a senior manager at Booz Allen Hamilton where she spent 14 years delivering IT solutions. Over the course of her career, Azzie has supported customers across civilian agencies including GSA, DHS, DOJ, DOS, NIH, Treasury, EOP, and National Archives. Azzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Business, Business Information Technology Decision Support Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
