These insights support vision/strategy development, design, implementation, and optimization for portal, web, and mobile engagements.

Prior to joining our team, Geoff led consumer insights programs for CarMax Auto Superstores and Genworth Financial. He is a recognized expert in digital analytics and optimization technologies and holds vendor certifications from Adobe (Analytics, Target) and Google (Analytics). Recent clients include UPS, UNICEF, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Goodlife Fitness, Amtrak, Ameriprise, BB&T, Medtronic, United Healthcare, and Workday.
