Sally is an Early Childhood Education expert with more than 35 years of experience.

Sally has 35 years of Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience, 25 of which were spent working in and alongside Head Start/Early Head Start programs. As an early childhood expert with a proven ability to lead and manage complex and high-profile projects, Sally has served as the Region III Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator (TTAC) since 2012. Sally worked closely with the Office of Head Start (OHS) regional staff to develop and implement a process for quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) utilizing data to make recommendations, inform decisions, and design effective TTA strategies.

Under Sally's leadership, the Quality Training and Technical Assistance Framework was developed to promote the full implementation of high-quality services across multiple scopes of work. Through a sound management systems structure, Sally ensures strategies and practices are in place that address OHS priorities and initiatives to meet the needs of HS/EHS grantees. In addition, she implemented a management plan that included a transparent and collaborative process with the regional office RO for budget planning and tracking to ensure an appropriate and efficient allocation of TTA resources. Sally encourages and promotes innovation through strong collaborative partnerships with the client, TTA staff, grantees, and state and regional ECE stakeholders.
