Chad is a principal consultant with over 20 years of experience in the environmental planning field, including project management, business development, operations management, and team leadership. He works tirelessly to provide his clients with the best possible professional advice to solve problems related to state and federal environmental compliance laws (i.e., CEQA and NEPA). His expertise spans from directing and preparing multidisciplinary environmental impact analysis documents for a wide range of infrastructure and development projects for government agencies, special districts, and private applicants.
Chad started his career at ICF as an entry-level analyst fresh out of college, and worked his way up to currently lead the Irvine Office team of the Environment & Planning Division. In addition to his project work, his responsibilities include financial management and profitability, planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, staffing decisions, and growing the business in Orange County.
When not in the office, you can find Chad exploring the amazing network of trails in Orange County on his mountain bike with friends, sampling California’s excellent selection of craft beers, and spending time with family.
