Tim Barlow

Prior to joining ICF Next, Tim was with Gartner helping lead their Gartner for Marketing Leaders product. During his tenure there, he worked first as a research consultant, leading their financial services and generational coverage. More recently he leveraged his expertise as an analyst covering healthcare with a focus on advising CMOs and marketing leaders within some of the largest healthcare systems, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers.
Earlier in his career, Tim helped lead redesigns, refreshes, and launches for some of the largest owned brands for Target, and was at consumer insights agency, Iconoculture, where he launched and led their first social media analytics product.
Tim values lifelong learning and an open aperture towards life where curiosity is prioritized, and assumptions get scrutinized. He is devoted to the power of stories and the value of narrative, and a firm believer that inspiration can come from anywhere—and the best insights are simple and self-evident.
