Eileen Auen

Eileen is an expert in healthcare and financial services with more than 25 years of experience.

Eileen is a member of ICF’s Board of Directors. Prior to founding Deep Run Consulting, LLC, a firm that provides consulting services to the healthcare industry, she served as the executive chairman of Helios, a $1 billion healthcare services firm formed by the merger of PMSI, Inc., and Progressive Medical, Inc. Eileen served as the chairman and chief executive officer of PMSI, Inc., from December 2008 until October 2013, when PMSI merged with Progressive Medical, Inc.

Previously, Eileen served as head of healthcare management for Aetna, where she managed more than $35 billion of healthcare spending as well as the company's network management, care management, and informatics organizations. Earlier in her career, she served as CEO of APS Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of specialty healthcare solutions for more than 1,000 clients in the public sector and commercial markets. Her work at APS culminated with the successful sale of the company to GTCR, one of the country's leading private equity firms.

Eileen’s past positions include president of Health Net of the Northeast, president of CIGNA Healthcare's Southeast Region, and senior vice president of Intracorp. She has also served as a member of the board of directors for the Disease Management Association for America.
