Forrester Research names ICF Next a “Strong Performer” in recently published report
For a number of years, Forrester Research has assessed the full-service loyalty marketing vendor marketplace in a single report, and ICF Next (or predecessor companies) have been included in every report since 2013. In 2019, as the loyalty marketing landscape continues to evolve and attract new players, Forrester split the report into two separate reports—one focused on technology platforms and the other focused on the various professional and agency services offered by loyalty marketing firms.
Last quarter, we were named a “Leader” in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Technology Platforms, Q2 2019. And most recently, ICF Next was named a “Strong Performer” in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Service Providers, Q3 2019. Combined, we believe our inclusion in these two reports positions ICF Next in a small subset of loyalty marketing firms that offer both a prominent loyalty technology product and formidable loyalty and customer marketing services.
In addition to our showing in the services report, we earned the top marks possible in five of the criteria by which we were assessed: loyalty strategy services, customer insights services, privacy and security, account management, and change management tools and services. We believe Forrester’s assessments of these specific services validate the significant time and effort we have put into expanding and refining our client offerings. Clients who took part in this report stated their satisfaction with our insights services and account teams’ intelligence, consistency, and investment in their success.
