Andrew Zehe has more than 5 years’ experience in the affordable housing and community development field. He has developed numerous training manuals and technical documents for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and HOME programs. He manages the redesign of the Rural Housing Service’s Mutual Self-Help Housing Program and a team of field researchers working to characterize CDBG and Section 108 economic development lending.

He served as the Assistant Partnership Coordinator of the National Homeownership Strategy, a public-private partnership of 66 national organizations working to increase homeownership opportunity.
