James is a director at PulsePoint Group where he focuses on the analysis of social media data and digital conversations relevant to industries, brands and emerging issues.
His expertise in benchmarking leaders in social media and mapping the internal and external opportunities for brands online has helped him shape employee engagement, external engagement, crisis and branding strategies. James has managed and supported projects with numerous Fortune 500 companies in each of the aforementioned areas.
James applied lessons learned from a previous internship at I&O Communications and involvement in launching startups at an Austin technology incubator to establish himself as valuable member of the PulsePoint Group team. James holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
