James Rice is a professional geologist with more than 25 years of experience in petroleum and engineering geology, geophysics, hydrogeology, and environmental assessment. He has conducted and directed soil, groundwater, and surface water investigations at private and government sites in over 20 states and several foreign countries for a wide range of industries and geographic settings. His experience includes managing all aspects of the remedial process, such as site investigation, risk assessment, pilot studies, remedial actions, and remediation program strategy development.
