Chris Pitcher has more than 13 years of experience in policy analysis in the areas of housing and homelessness. He provides national technical assistance for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). He is HUD's lead on the development and implementation of the Information Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) for the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program and the national lead on data warehouse technical assistance engagements. Mr. Pitcher also serves as the Pacific regional technical assistance coordinator covering Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Pitcher served as senior analyst for the Cloudburst Group providing HUD technical assistance. He also served as the director of homeless services at the Community Services Council of New Hampshire and as grants associate and HMIS administrator at the Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation.
Mr. Pitcher has a B.A. in Journalism from Lock Haven University.
