Kristie Healey
Lead, Statistical Programming

Kristie Healey is a senior technical specialist for ICF's survey research business with over 18 years of survey research experience, providing statistical sampling and analysis support for major computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) surveys. She designs sampling plans, calculates data weights, analyzes results, and writes reports.

Ms. Healy is the Statistician on the Central Processing System project for the US Department of Education, sampling and analyzing the accuracy of FAFSA applications. She is the primary analyst for the Minnesota Childcare Rate Survey Analysis project, calculating statistics on child care costs used to set State subsidy rates.

Ms. Healey has worked extensively on several Behavioral Health Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) surveys. A member of the BRFSS team since 2000, her experience has included consulting on sample designs, managing large sample databases, weighting data, analyzing and reporting.

Ms. Healey has a master's degree in statistics and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Vermont.
