Fred Faulkner
Partner, Strategic Alliances and Analyst Relations
Fred is an expert in strategic alliances and analyst relations with more than 15 years of experience.

Fred is experienced in helping organizations navigate the complex world of marketing technology to create exceptional customer experiences that drive growth.

With a background in marketing and working with associations, consumer housewares, manufacturing, and professional services industries, Fred focuses on solutions that enable marketers to be creative, efficient, and effective at scale. In addition, he manages many of our most strategic technology alliances, including Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, and Acquia. Fred also leads our analyst relations program working to build awareness and advocacy with research analysts at leading independent research firms such as Forrester, Gartner, and IDC.

Fred began his career as a technical project manager and digital strategist in our digital experience team. He led projects for clients as well as conducted strategy engagements and usability assessments. Fred then moved into a series of marketing roles at our division and group levels, where he built marketing strategies and programs to help drive awareness, acquisition, and client retainment.
