Xing Dong has 10 years of SAS programming and application development experience across Windows/UNIX/Linux platforms. Mr. Dong also has more than 9 years of experience with the entire lifecycle of statistical research projects, ranging from concept development, research proposal and planning, methodology selection, field implementation, data collection, and validation to statistical analysis and reporting. For the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Mr. Dong has studied statistical models to predict reporting delays of cancer cases in a reporting year, and he has assessed large historical cancer datasets to ensure the data quality needed to meet the modeling requirement. He also submitted literature reviews and reports to CDC staff regarding statistical methodologies and data mining findings.
Mr. Dong has an M.S. in food safety from the University of Arkansas.
