Janet has nearly 15 years of consulting experience, including nine years leading our Transportation practice, where she oversaw our national, state, and local work. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of meetings over the course of her career, including peer exchanges and workshops to support process improvements, lecture and problem-solving based training, strategic planning, visioning, consensus-building, and conflict resolution. Janet has nationally recognized expertise in integrated transportation planning and decision-making, environmental stewardship, and state DOT change management.

"Complex and interconnected societal, economic, and technological factors drive transportation needs and opportunities. None of these factors are stable in the world today. As a result, transportation needs and options are changing rapidly. Transportation organizations at the federal, state, and local levels need to change and grow just to keep up."
