Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program

Zero-Emission Transit, School and Shuttle Buses
The VW Mitigation Trust has $130 million in funds to replace older, high-polluting transit, school, and shuttle buses with new battery-electric or fuel-cell buses. Replacing an older bus with a zero-emission bus eliminates particulate matter and other pollutants. During the project’s 10-year period, approximately 425 vehicles will be replaced with an incentive amount of up to $400,000 per vehicle.

Microgrid Incentive Program

Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates – Multifamily
Funding for multifamily projects is available for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, cooktops, ranges, ovens, and heat pump clothes dryers, as well as electrical equipment such as electrical panel upgrades and wiring. The program is available to governmental, commercial, or nonprofit organizations carrying out a project for an owner of an eligible multifamily property.

Fast Charge California Program 1
This program provides incentives for purchasing and installing eligible direct current (DC) fast chargers.
