In this article, ICF showcases several U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) programs that support youthful offenders in making successful transitions into the labor market.

Programs associated with youthful offenders are commonly found in the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). However, the lesser-known DOL programs also help court-involved kids by providing tailored services, mentoring, counseling, and skill building.
