Don't sell yourself short on non-energy benefits


Many utilities are selling themselves short when it comes to measuring the success of their efficiency programs by not measuring non-energy benefits (NEB). Often, simple “adders” are reported to represent benefits customers and communities receive from efficiency programs that don’t accurately portray the benefits utilities provide to customers.
