Kim McCarley is a seasoned, creative, and dynamic strategic planner and management executive with more than 20 years of business development experience.

Kim McCarley is a seasoned, creative, and dynamic strategic planner and management executive with more than 20 years of business development experience. Kim currently serves as Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for developing and executing short- and long-range comprehensive plans and programs in the human services, education, and federal health markets. Known for having a keen understanding of the civilian federal government buying cycle, providing business strategy and direction for pursuits, Kim also has an excellent track record of forging new relationships with potential clients, developing partnerships, and making contact through networking and outreach events.

Through work with the federal government, prior to joining us in 2019, Kim managed the day-to-day business development services for small consulting firms focused on supporting underserved youth, families, and communities. Her earlier career spanned 20 years in the healthcare industry, including managing the operations of a medical practice and an outpatient rehabilitation center. Kim is also a veteran of the United States Army Reserve.

Kim is passionate about supporting underserved populations and is very active in the community in activities that support the youth and homeless. She supports the Washington Area Women’s Foundation, Capital Area Food Bank, National Museum of African American History and Culture, and A Wider Circle.
