Heather Driscoll

Senior Managing Director, Survey Research
Heather is a survey research expert with more than 20 years of experience helping clients answer questions about attitudes and behaviors by creating custom survey approaches to reach any population of interest.

Heather manages some of our largest and most complex survey projects for federal, state, and commercial clients. She focuses on energy, transportation, outdoor recreation and environment, and customer satisfaction and experience. She excels at interdisciplinary projects which bring together expertise and resources from across our organization to provide customized research solutions.

Heather works closely with clients in order to understand their research goals and information needs. She leads a team of survey experts to develop tailored research designs using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methodological approaches. Heather leverages our in-house survey capabilities, providing the entire spectrum of survey services across mail, web, phone, and in-person methodologies to answer critical research questions and allow clients to make decisions that are based on data. She is highly experienced in developing sampling designs, writing research instruments, overseeing data collection and analysis, and implementing quality assurance techniques. Heather is also a senior producer of reports and other written deliverables.
