Simulation Program Manager - San Antonio, TX
ICF is proud to support a global medical modeling and simulation training program. We are providing a range of healthcare training support services at U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Army installations around the world so that military healthcare teams can perform at their best.
This is what you will do:
oversee medical simulation operations, providing guidance to staff You will make sure that everything runs smoothly address gaps, and to help shape the strategic direction of the program. You will have an opportunity to work with staff at simulation centers worldwide to help establish new sites, expand existing sites, and update training be working with your counterparts throughout the Department of Defense .
You will need the following:
Three plus years of experience in education or the medical industry.
Experience as a healthcare professional in applicable healthcare environment
Expertise with a variety of medical simulation platforms (i.e. CAE, Laerdal, Gaumard SynDaver SynTissue, MOES.)
Ability to obtain a favorable determination based upon a National Agency Check with Local Records and Credit Check (NACLC).
Preferred Skills
Medical)or Master’s
Certification as a Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) highly desirable.
Four or more years of military medical experience preferred.
