You will need the following:
Fifteen years of professional experience overall
Expertise with a variety of medical simulation platforms (i.e. CAE, Laerdal, Gaumard SynDaver/SynTissue, MOES.) desktop simulations (serious games) and blended learning design experience is preferred.
Previous simulation operations management experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical equipment and supplies preferred.
Experience in leading others to new levels of effectiveness and programmatic impact.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise with a variety of medical simulation platforms (i.e. CAE, Laerdal, Gaumard SynDaver/SynTissue, MOES.) desktop simulations (serious games) and blended learning design experience is preferred.
Experience in medical simulation prefrered.
Five years of senior-leadership experience with direct responsibility for cross functional coordination of teams is preferred
Eight or more years of military medical experience preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
