Requirements Analytics Engineer

ICF seeks an experienced Requirements Analyst Engineer to ensure all work conducted within this task order is planned and executed in a manner that will achieve all management, technical, logistical, cost, and schedule objectives in support of the execution of the tasks. The Requirement Analyst will be responsible for establishing and performing business management functions to ensure contracting related actions, such as monthly status reports (MSR), travel arrangements, and meeting established need dates of the United States Government (USG).


  • Investigate, analyze, track, and report on the status of emerging technologies and Joint ISR system approaches to support development of an evolutionary spiral development plan, in accordance with Applicable Document (AD)

  • Review system requirements and performance specifications for Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL) increments including surface, airborne, sub-surface, and man-portable terminal equipment

  • Review system design concept models, modeling and simulation plans, and products as they relate to NTCDL terminal and/or waveform development

  • Provide input on requirements as well as technical assessment of proposed CDL developments

  • Review pertinent information and technical data in order to make recommendations regarding their role in the spiral development plan

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and active DOD TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience on DoD networks and systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
